L. Stormwater Waiver Request – Upper Merion Township, Walker Field Tennis Courts. Consideration of a waiver request from the requirements of Chapter 140: Stormwater, Section 140-14. B(2)(b)[1]: Underground Basin Stone Storage to allow the required stormwater basin facility to be designed to include both pipe and stone area in storage calculation in order to construct tennis courts on Township property.

M. Consent Agenda re:
1. Business Tax Appeal Settlement – Approval of a Business Tax Appeal in the amount of $2,132.25 representing partial late fees.
2. Business Tax Appeal Settlement – Approval of a Business Tax Appeal in the amount of $2,075.00 representing partial late fees.
3. Resolution 2026-33 – Reducing Police Officers’ Contributions to the Police Pension Plan for the Year 2027 by 4%.
4. Resolution 2026-34 – Affirming Sewer Rates in Upper Merion Township.
5. Resolution 2026-35 – Disposition of Township Vehicles to J.J. Kane Auctions in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania in the amount of $32,000.00.
6. Resolution 2026-36 – Approval of Budget Transfer: Transfer $50,000.00 from 01-430-3170 (Snow/Ice Control) to 01-430-3730 (Building Maintenance) to procure and replace a new cover for the Mancill Mill Road Salt Storage Shed, as recommended by the Director of Public Works.
7. Citizen Board Resignation – Apurva Gandhi from the Economic & Community Development Committee.
8. Coppermill Station HOA Declaration. – Approval of the Updated and Restated Declarations for Copper Mill Station acknowledging the elimination of the requirement for Township approval of future amendments to the Declarations.
9. Moore Road Multimodal Trail: Approval of Invoice No. 8 (TDP58889) in the amount of $13,615.00 to Traffic Planning & Design, Inc. (TDP) of Pottstown, Pennsylvania, for contract services performed to date to be paid utilizing Commonwealth Financing Authority grant funds for the project as recommended by the KOP District.

Swedesburg Fire Company: Approval of Invoice No. 424330350 in the amount of $65,500.00 to Oliver Heating and Cooling of Morton, Pennsylvania for the installation of two multi zone ductless split systems to be paid utilizing Commonwealth Financing Authority grant funds for the project as recommended by Swedesburg Fire Company.
11. 2026-2027 Road Salt Supply: Approval of the Road Salt Supply Agreement for the winter 2026/2027 season to the low bidder Morton Salt, at a price of $73.44 per delivered ton and $73.00 per non-delivered ton, subject to review by the Solicitor and award of the bid by the Montgomery County Consortium of Communities at its meeting on October 8, 2026.
