1. Resignation of Dave Camarda from the Uniform Construction Code Appeals Board.
2. Approve Letter of Support for Radnor Township regarding the DCDC Multimodal Transportation Funds Grant Application for Valley Forge to Heinz Refuge Trail/Radnor Trail Extension.
3. Resolution 2026-18 – Disposition of Township Vehicles to J.J. Kane Auctions of Plymouth Meeting, PA for the total sale value of $31,000.00.
4. Resolution 2026-19 – Adoption of 443 South Gulph Road Sewerage Planning Module (Component 3m), amending the Township’s Act 537 Plan to permit the properties connection to the sanitary sewer system.
5. Business Tax Appeal Settlement – Approval of a Business Tax Appeal in the amount of $64.88 for late fees for the years 2022-2024.
6. Recharge Park: Approval of Payment Application #07 in the amount of $37,088.42 by the KOP-BID to Patriot Grounds & Site Services of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania for contract services performed to date, as recommended by the Landscape Architect.
7. Balligomingo PS Streambank Stabilization: Approval of contract award in the amount of $104,600.00 to Stonewood Landscaping, Inc. of Red Hill, Pennsylvania, as recommended by the consulting engineer.
8. 2026 UMT Road Resurfacing Program: Approval of contract award in the amount of $774,015.54 to Glasgow, Inc. of Glenside, Pennsylvania, as recommended by the consulting engineer.
9. Agreement with Rising Sun Presents, LLC of Ardmore, PA to promote and stage the 2026 “Concert Under the Stars” Series as recommended by the Director of Parks & Recreation.
10. Approval of an agreement with Murals by John Lewis, Bridgeport, PA to recreate the Washington Mural currently located at 201 W. Church in the amount of $36,537.65.
11. Permission to Advertise – KPMU District Amendments. Permission to advertise a public hearing at the July 9, 2026 on a proposed amendment to the KPMU Zoning District to permit warehouse clubs as a permitted use and accessory gasoline filling stations by conditional use.
12. Moore Road Multimodal Trail: Approval of Invoice No. TPD54631 in the amount of $4,500.00 to Traffic Planning & Design, Inc. (TPD) of Pottstown, Pennsylvania, for contract services performed to date, as recommended by the KOP District.
