1. Budget Transfer: $32,000.00 from 01-430-3170 Snow/Ice Control to 01-430-2451 Road Maintenance Material to reimburse Bridgeport Borough for the resurfacing of Boro Line Road.
2. Budget Transfer: $30,000.00 from 18421-07929 (Replace Other Heavy Equipment), $29,000.00 from 18423-07672 (Abrams PS), and $30,000.00 from 18423-07673 (Balligomingo PS) to 18422-07741 (Major Components) to fund process equipment repairs at Matsunk WPCC.
3. Settlement Agreement between Craft Custom Home, LLC and Upper Merion Township for disputed development invoices totaling $28,953.56.
4. Financial Escrow Release #2 – 127 S. Gulph Creek Hotel – Retail Development. Approval of escrow release #2 to GCP Retail GP, LLC in the amount of $374,424.00 for completion of required site improvements to date as part of the land development project as recommended by the Township Engineer.
5. Financial Escrow Release #3 – 127 S. Gulph Creek Hotel – Retail Development. Approval of escrow release #3 to GCP Retail GP, LLC in the amount of $143,800.00 for completion of required site improvements to date as part of the land development project as recommended by the Township Engineer.
6. Approval of the Professional Services Agreement (PSA) in the amount of $28,450.00 to Pennoni of King of Prussia, PA, to produce land surveys for permanent easements necessary to construct and maintain the Moore Road Multimodal Trail in conjunction with the King of Prussia Business Improvement District (KOP-BID).
7. Resolution 2025-8 – Streambank Stabilization at Balligomingo Pump Station: Approval of a grant application in the amount of $162,000.00 for a PA Small Water & Sewer Grant from the Commonwealth Financing Authority to stabilize the flood-damaged streambank at Balligomingo Pump Station.
8. Approval of Phase II Environmental Site Assessment by HRG Engineers, King of Prussia, PA, for property located at 150 East DeKalb Pike, King of Prussia, PA.
