10. Resolution 2025-32 – 443 South Gulph Road (United Health Services): Approval of a resolution for an Act 537 plan revision to install a sewer extension and tap-in to serve the UHS Facility at 443 South Gulph Road, as recommended by the UMSSA Engineer and the Director of Public Works.
11. Financial Escrow Release – Toll Mid-Atlantic LP, Stonebrook Phase 2. Approval of escrow release #3 (Final) to Toll Bros Mid-Atlantic in the amount of $639,654.45 for completion of required site improvements to date as part of the land development project subject to completion of all outstanding Phase 2 items and submission of the required maintenance bond as recommended by RVE Engineers.
12. Consideration of a Business Tax Appeal Settlement. Approval of a Business Tax Appeal for $1,313.94 for the year 2024.
13. Citizen Board Appointment to the Economic & Community Development Committee.
14. Financial Escrow Release #4 – 127 S. Gulph Creek Hotel – Retail Development. Approval of escrow release #4 to GCP Retail GP, LLC in the amount of $459,572.32 with $8,800.50 remaining as maintenance security, for completion of required site improvements to date as part of the land development project as recommended by the Township Engineer subject to all outstanding township invoices.
