D. Consent Agenda re:
1. Authorization to Purchase - Broadcast and Streaming System for UMGA-TV. The total cost for the CableCast acquisition and implementation is $32,000.00.
2. Supplemental Budget Appropriation – Increase Account #18434-07929 in the amount of $95,000.00 to purchase a new wood chipper with funds from a Recycling Grant.
3. Supplemental Budget Appropriation – Increase Account #18450-07136 (Pool Capital Budget) in the amount of in the amount of $12,480.00 from the 2017 Bond proceeds for unexpected repair costs to the pool facility due to sewer line breaks.
4. Resignation of Tom Kozuchowski from the Community Center Advisory Board.
5. Resignation of Lorelei Bonifanti, Young Adult Member from the Media Communications Advisory Board.

7. Authorization for the Township Manager to sign Real Estate Tax Settlement Stipulations:
a. UDR Valley Forge, LLC, 140 Valley Green Lane, for tax years 2025-2026 resulting in the overpayment of real estate taxes in the amount of $23,657.18.
b. Smith Owner, LLC, 580 S. Goddard Boulevard, for tax years 2025-2026 resulting in the overpayment of real estate taxes in the amount of $49,966.18.
c. Vandenberg Owner, LLC, 751 Vandenburg Road, for tax years 2025-2026 resulting in the overpayment of real estate taxes in the amount of $16,150.54.
8. Authorize the Township Solicitor to attend the Zoning Hearing Board regarding 738 River Road and 177 Belmont Road.
9. Recharge Park: Approval of Payment Application No. 8 in the amount of $5,278.84 by the KOP-BID to Patriot Grounds & Site Services of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania for contract services performed to date to be paid utilizing Montco 2040 grant funds for the project and as recommended by the Landscape Architect.
10. Moore Road Multimodal Trail: Approval of Invoice No. 5 (TPD57159) in the amount of $1,500.00 to Traffic Planning & Design, Inc. (TPD) of Pottstown, Pennsylvania, for contract services performed to date to be paid utilizing Commonwealth Financing Authority grant funds for the project and as recommended by the KOP District.

11. Resolution 2026-24 – Request a Multimodal Transportation Fund Grant of $1,500,000.00 from the Commonwealth Financing Authority to be used for the Moore Road Multimodal Trail and Linear Park Construction.
12. Approve Fee-in-Lieu of Stormwater Management for 1160 First Avenue, Valley Forge Casino Steakhouse in the amount of $178,735.01.
13. Revised Service Agreement – Keystone Integrated Services(Cornerstone) - Approval of a Campaign Services Agreement with Keystone Integrated Services for the collection of the Townships Voluntary Ambulance Subscription Program as required by the PA Department of State.
14. Memorandum of Agreement with U.S. Department of Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms. Approval of an agreement with the US. Department of Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms for the reimbursement of overtime salary costs associated with the ATF Task Force operations, including the FIFA World Championships.
15. Financial Escrow/Bond Release (Final)– Exeter 555 Flint Hill Road, LLC., Land Development –Approval of final escrow release/ Bond Release to Exeter 555 Flint Hill Road, LLC., in the amount of $2,311,218.25 for completion of required site improvements to date as part of the land development project subject to the payment of all outstanding fees.
16. Business Tax Appeal Settlement – Approval of a Business Tax Appeal in the amount of 1266.69 representing partial late fees.
